The health and safety of our customers and staff is of paramount importance and we have implemented significant changes in how we are operating to ensure social distancing along with additional hygiene measures within our showroom and while working within your home.
· When you are arranging a Visit the following questions will be asked
Is there anyone in the property who has developed or is recovering from COVID-19 symptoms.
If there is, we will arrange the visit for a later date after their infection and self isolation period has passed.
Are you able maintain a safe distance (2m) from any engineers/plumber at all times
If there are any occupants shielding, please ask them to stay in a separate room
Prior to Arrival
We will Call in advance to check that there is still no-one in the property who is infected / recovering from COVID-19
· During our visit we will
Maintain good hand hygiene, washing our hands or using hand sanitiser before entering the property
Before entering the property also ensure
we are wearing appropriate P P E
(gloves / face mask, as a minimum)
Where appropriate, use anti-bacterial spray / wipes to clean any hard surfaces such as heating controls or thermostats
Maintain a safe distance (2 m) from any occupants at all times
If there are any occupants shielding, we will ask them to stay in a separate room
Avoid requesting customers to sign any job sheets or forms
** No work will be carried out if you have any COVID-19 symptoms, however mild, or where someone in your property or the customer's property has symptoms **
